Starting Laptime for 0-2 year olds at the Delta Community

The Delta Community Library will be hosting a Laptime for 0-2 year olds on the second and fourth Tuesdays of the month from 10:30 to 11:15 am, starting on Tuesday, September 12. The Laptime will include stories, songs, and finger/hand play rhymes geared to babies and toddlers with the participation of a parent.
