13th Annual Festival of Lights - 2007
The 13th Annual Festival of Lights was a blast! From the Arts and Crafts Fair, Polar Bear Plunge, Parade and spectacular Fireworks everyone had a great time!
The lighted parade had a nice group of service vehicles from both Delta Junction and Ft. Greely and two floats from the 4-H group and the Girl Scouts. The event was topped off with a spectacular Fireworks display that had adults and kids alike "oohing" and "aahing".

The Winter photo contest photos are on display through February 16 at the Delta Library. Also, keep a watch on the Visitor Information Center for the ongoing ice carvings that will materialize in the next couple of weeks.

The Polar Bear Plunge, one of the weekends highlights featured two jumpers this year. Virginia Mancuso and Paul Smither braved the icy water, both survived the jump with smiles on their faces and very large goosebumps.
