Closure to Richardson Highway at the Tanana River Bridge

While evaluating the recent damage to the Tanana River Bridge they have discovered additional structural damage which necessitates immediate action.

In order to make safety repairs to the recently damaged Tanana River Bridge at Delta, the Department of Transportation and Public Facilities is conducting emergency closures of the bridge located at MP 275 of the Richardson Highway. The closures will be on Sunday, March 25th through Wednesday, March 28th from 10:00 a.m. through 4:00 p.m. each day. No oversize or overload vehicles will be permitted. Please plan your travel on the Richardson Highway accordingly and thank you for your patience.
