It's Time to Renew Your Interest in the Deltana Fair Association

Membership in the Deltana Fair Association is open to anyone who is a resident of the State of Alaska and is interested in the Deltana Fair. Dues are payable each September 1 and expire August 31. The annual general membership meeting will be held in October or November. This meeting date will be set after the financial audit is done.

There are three classes of membership: Individual, Business or Lifetime.

Individual membership fee is $25 per year and includes one 3-day adult pass to the fair and one vote at the general membership meeting.

Business membership fee is $50 per year and includes one 3-day pass to the fair, one 3-day parking pass during the fair and one vote at the general membership meeting.

Lifetime membership is $250 one time per person (not transferable) and includes name on a plaque in the office cabin on the fairgrounds, one 3-day adult pass to the fair, free parking during the fair and one vote at the general membership meeting.

To become a member of the Deltana Fair Association, send your check (payable to “Deltana Fair Association”) to PO Box 408, Delta Junction, AK 99737. We’ll need your name, address, telephone numbers, email address or other contact information. You may also mention your interest in volunteering to help with the fair, or willingness to become a board member. Board seats are usually elected for three-year terms.

Present board members are: Carol McNabb, president; Louis Stockwell, vice-president; Ellie Schneider, secretary; Ann Geise, treasurer; Dawn Grossmann, Nancy King.

Four board seats are up for election this year. Seat D is presently empty and will be filled as a one-year term. Seats E, F, and G are presently held by Nancy King, Louis Stockwell, and Ellie Schneider. Seats E, F, and G will be 3-year terms.
