A strange looking cloud over Carol's garage on Wed, Sept 12. Photo Courtesy Carol WatkinsAdditional information sent in by Dave Noble: The cloud is an Arch Cloud. It's created when we have Chinook winds, like we had on Wednesday. The highest wind gust reported was 57 mph on Texas Range.
