Help still needed for the Halloween Bash

Please volunteer at the Halloween Bash

Volunteers are STILL needed for the Halloween Bash! The event itself will take place on Saturday, October 27 from 4:00 – 7:30 PM. There are a variety of ways you can help and you can pick the amount of time you wish to volunteer for.
Volunteer duties include:

• Judging the ‘Scariest Screech’, Carved/Decorated Pumpkin, and Costume Contests
(throughout various times during the event)

• Running carnival games (anytime from 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM)

• Overseeing the Craft Table (anytime from 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM)

• Selling carnival tickets (anytime from 3:30 PM – 7:30 PM)

• Help with setup/decorating the early evening before on Friday, October 26 (call for
time)

• Help with decorating/set up the morning of the event (call for time)

• Help with clean-up after the event ends @ 7:30 PM

PLEASE LEND A HAND IN MAKING THIS EVENT A FUN AND SUCCESSFUL ONE!!! The Delta Chamber of Commerce values their volunteers because without them we would not be able to have these community events.
