Preserving and Using Herbs Workshop from the University of Alaska Fairbanks Cooperative Extension Service Delta District

Roxie Rodgers Dinstel – Home Economist from the CES Fairbanks Tanana District will be conducting a class on Preserving and Using Herbs on Friday November 2, 2007 from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. in Delta CES Conference room. There is a $5.00 to cover cost of supplies.

Participants will learn how to make herbal vinegar's and oils, herbal salts and sugars, blends, and general preserving and care of herbs. Great gift giving ideas for the holidays.

Class size is limited so please sign up early to reserve a space. If there is low interest this class will not be offered locally. Registration deadline is Monday, October 29, 2007.
