Local Drama Association to Depict Time Travel Plot

What would happen if a couple of twenty-first century teenagers from Philadelphia and a pair of ancient Judean siblings were to experience a space-time anomaly that brought them together at the manger in Bethlehem on the first Christmas? A creative answer to that question will be explored when Delta Christian Drama Association stages “Fullness of Time” at Living Waters Assembly of God, November 30th through December 2nd.

This year, in order to accommodate the hectic holiday rush, DCDA will be presenting their Christmas production earlier in the season than usual, so make a note on your calendar not to miss the excitement. The shows will start at 7:00pm each night. We strongly recommend that you arrive early in order to find a good seat.

With another original script and a commitment to professionalism, the DCDA cast and crew promises to deliver a Christmas message that will both entertain and inspire. Your preconceptions about the way Jesus’ birth really happened will be challenged with the modern teenage characters for whom Christmas has grown trite and superficial. You will learn the humble ways of the Prince of peace with the ancient Judean characters who are chafing under the yoke of oppression. You will laugh at the absurd misunderstandings created by the culture clash. You will worship in hushed awe at the miracle of Incarnation as Mary holds the newborn Christ Child in her arms.

Admission is free, and the show will be completely family friendly, so bring a group of friends to Fullness of Time and kick off the 2007 Christmas celebrations in style.
