Hi I'm a two Yorkie owner. One is male and weighs 4lb. and the other is female and weighs 6lb. My tip is that if you want to keep them from getting too low of a blood sugar give them regular cottage cheese and or a jar of baby food/meat. I started mine on this when they were babies and have continued. They are now 6yrs. and 3yrs. old. I have never had one problem with their blood sugar dropping.
