All household garbage reduced by 50%. Does not apply to $25 refrigerator disposal, commercial services, or $10 Unsecured Load Service Fee
All yellow-bagged garbage free-of-charge. Can be delivered to the Triangle, near the Visitor’s Center

Does this mean there will be no trash pick up for those doing highway cleanup? Will everyone have to bring their trash bags to the visitor center instead of leaving them on the roadside for pickup as in the last years? Thanks for clarifying.
