Late Firing Exercises Set

FORT WAINWRIGHT, Alaska - The Army will conduct artillery live-fire trainingin the Donnelly Training Area July 14 to 24.

The exercise will be a 24-hour operation.

The howitzer training will take place in the Mississippi Impact area, approximately 10 miles from Delta Junction and 7 miles from Fort Greely.

Delta Junction area residents may hear booming noises and feel vibrations from the explosions.
