Help Needed for the Halloween Bash

We need you for the Chamber's upcoming Halloween Bash. We need help with decorating on Friday, October 24 early afternoon through that evening, and we also need help on the day of the event, Saturday, October 25, from 3p to 9pm. This is an event that is highly dependent on volunteers because of all the carnival games. Whatever time you are willing to give, whether it be for the whole event or for an hour, we will be very happy to have you.

Volunteer opportunities include: running carnival games, help with set up and take down, working the concession stand, and decorating.

If you are not able to volunteer, another way in which you can help is by donating an item or items that can be used as door prizes for the event. If you no have any door prizes to donate, another possibility is to purchase a Chamber gift certificate and donate it back to us to use a Halloween Bash door prize. Those who donate door prizes will receive recognition at the Halloween Bash as well as in November newsletter from the Chamber.
